Our rooms hold up to 20 guests. The Night Out and Celebration packages are for up to 12 guests, and the VIP Experience welcomes up to 20.
Yes. Food and drinks are available on site from the restaurant and can be served straight to your room.
No, there's no minimum spend.
Yes, children are welcome at all of our events. Ask us about kids' party packages.
Yes, custom decorations are welcome. Please confirm them with us at least 48 hours before your booking so we can arrange access for you to set up.
Sessions are booked by the hour, with a one-hour minimum. Choose the length that suits your night, or pick a package with two or three hours included.
We can't take walk-ins, as rooms are booked in advance. Book ahead to secure your time slot.
Romford: there's parking within a five-minute walk of the venue.
Shirley Hills, Croydon: there's plenty of parking on site.
